Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

United States Shipping

After processing, estimated shipping time within the United States is approximately 4–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping charges or available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

You can also check your shipment through our Track Your Order page.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your packages may arrive at different times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your shipment is delayed, please check the tracking information provided by the carrier first.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times, when offered, will be displayed at checkout.
