How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
After completing your purchase, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist you. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size information provided on the individual product page before ordering. Sizing may vary between styles, so we recommend reviewing the measurements or size guide for the specific product you're purchasing.
What types of footwear does Cloudstep Design offer?
Cloudstep Design offers lightweight comfort footwear, including EVA slides, recovery-style sandals, clogs, platform clogs, and soft slippers for everyday wear.
Are product colors exactly the same as they appear on my screen?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and product variations.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location, shipping method, carrier, and product availability. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for additional information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you can check its progress through our Track Your Order page.
Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking information to update.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If your order is sent in multiple packages, they may arrive at different times and may have separate tracking numbers.
Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before requesting a return.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when appropriate. Our customer support team will review the issue and provide further instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once an approved refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The options available to you may depend on your location and the payment methods currently supported by our store.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. Cloudstep Design does not need to directly collect your full payment-card details to process your purchase.
