Refund policy

At Cloudstep Design, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return of eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition and must not have been damaged through use or normal wear and tear.

For footwear, we recommend trying on your slides, sandals, clogs, or slippers indoors on a clean surface before deciding whether to keep them.

Items that are monogrammed, personalized, special-order, or damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please contact Cloudstep Design through our Contact Us page before returning an item.

Include your:

• Order number
• Name and email address used for the order
• Reason for requesting the return
• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is eligible.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchange availability depends on product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun.
